Registration dates for the 2024-2025 school year are listed below and will take place online. Please carefully read this guide to register. Each school will register/ re-register on a different date. Links will become active at 6pm on the date of registration. Every child must be registered/re-registered each school year and re-registration is not automatic. Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed and is based upon the number of spaces available in each grade level. Please follow the registration instructions carefully. Completion of a registration includes paying the registration fee, paying the last month tuition deposit and electronically signing the enrollment contract. Registration fees are not refundable and deposits can only be applied as a credit toward future tuition. SECURITY DEPOSITS AND REGISTRATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. After the initial registration you will have 14 days to complete the registration process or your spot will be forfeited and given to the next person on the waitlist.
New Registration Instructions: Click on the date associated with your school in the new registration column at 6pm on the date of registration. You will be asked to provide an email address. If your current provider (not BMCCP) uses Procare, you will need to use a different email address that is NOT currently registered with Procare. A code will be sent to that email address. The code is a SINGLE USE code and cannot be reused. Once you have entered the code you will enter all of the information for your family. You will receive an email acknowledging the submission. You will receive a second email with 4-6 business days notifying you of your status within the program. You will either be offered a spot or be placed on a waitlist.
If you are offered a spot, you need to follow the instructions given in the email in order to complete your registration.
If you are waitlisted, we will make every effort to place your child within the program. We will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available.
Re-Registration Instructions: Click on the date associated with your school in the re-registration column. Please enter your current email address and password. Click on re-registration on the left side of the page. Please update all of your information, especially your child’s grade, and schedule. You will be able to add incoming kindergartener’s to your registration during this process. Please be aware that you are not guaranteed a spot for the 2024-2025 school year. You will receive an email acknowledging the submission. You will receive a second email in 4-6 business days notifying you of your status within the program. Your account must be paid in full for the current school year or your registration will be rejected.
